So many marriages crumbling to dust, not just in the film industry, I see it all around me. The good thing is people have now got the good sense to part ways rather rather than stay in the marriage label and end up destroying each other or not helping each other grow. Indifference is a big culprit that creeps in after few years. It is best to grow old with someone whose company you enjoy rather than with someone who reminds you of your mistakes and shortcomings!
These days marriage seems like a dying Institution. Divorces happening left, right and center, wish people would realize the importance of been role models and wish they understood the sanctity of marriages in order to override temporary animosities and infidelities. Be it childhood sweethearts, best friends, strangers marrying, all seem to have an expiry date sooner or later. Divorces are traumatic & sadly it takes as many years to get out as one spends in building and nurturing any relationship and to top it all children suffer the most.
Alas Bollywood‘s Milikha withdraws from the marital race, cutting short a confident but challenging relay to an average sprint! May they now live happily ever after.
You grow together, You grow up, And you grow apart… Such is life when the speed at which you run is faster than the one you run with. There’s always a Better Tomorrow Ready to welcome. Things will become better and then surely Best.
