Serial Dog Killer Stabbed 3 Puppies To Death: Green Park Metro Station, Delhi
Yes, it really happened a serial dog killer slaughtered three puppies with a knife. It happened outside Green Park metro station in South Delhi on March 15, 2016. There are many who kill people for money or for pleasure, but why kill a harmless puppy? It’s really a shame to realize that there are many such lunatics in our planet. The area CCTV footage shows the accused serial dog killer, who was in jacket and shorts, luring hungry puppies by giving them food and then stabbing them to death. He didn’t just stabbed them, he mutilated the bodies of those dogs into pieces with a knife that he had in his hand. He also stabbed few other dogs they were also found lying in pools of blood near the mutilated puppies, they must have got themselves hurt trying to save their bellowed puppies from this mad beast. This whole barbaric act was captured in a CCTV footage. A case has been registered at the Hauz Khas police station against this unidentified serial dog killer. Humane Society International/India and Fauna Police are offering a joint reward of 1,00,000 INR for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person shown in the video stabbing and hacking the animals.

Animal Cruelty: Getting the serious attention of law enforcement, prosecutors and the community in cases involving allegations of cruelty to animals is an essential step in protecting the community. The connection between animal cruelty and human violence is well documented. Studies show a correlation between animal cruelty and all manner of other crimes, from narcotics and firearms violations to battery and sexual assault. An FIR has already been registered in this regard asking for a thorough investigation to ensure the perpetrator of this heinous crime is caught and punished.

This incident exposes the violent nature of this man and it’s essential for the safety of the stray animals and the society that this man is put behind bars. Bringing this perpetrator to book will set precedence for future wrong doers. We are hopeful that this reward will urge anyone with information about this man to step forward and talk to us. We are working with the Fauna Police and the appropriate police officials to see that this person is apprehended at the earliest.”
