Shiv Sena Attacks Sudheendra Kulkarni For Not Cancelling Book Launch
For all of us who don’t know, Sudheendra Kulkarni is an Indian columnist and politician. He is a former member of the Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP). While the preparations for the book launch of former Pakistani minister Khursheed Kasuri‘s were going on, Sudheendra Kulkarni was attacked by the members of Shiv Sena by throwing black paint. Not to mention he was wearing tricoloured clothes (the colours in the Indian flag).
All of this happened hours before the launch. Mr. Kulkarni in his interview with NDTV said, “they told me if you don’t listen to us,this is what we can do.”
The book of Mr. Kasuri is titled “Neither a hawk, Nor a Dove : An insider Account of Pakistani’s Foreign Policy”. This book will be released in Mumbai after it’s last week’s launch in Delhi. Mr. Kulkarni says that he feels like he is doing the right thing and he won’t stop.
